如何挑選好的床墊

一般在挑選寢具時，床款的選擇應以適當承托力、舒適、耐用為優先考量。 太軟的床易使脊椎彎曲不平，肌肉在睡眠過程中還是無法放鬆，因此睡醒腰痠背痛； 太硬的床易使頭部、肩背、臀部及足跟受力較多，頸部、腰部及膝蓋關節等無法獲得適當的支撐，肌肉不能得到完全的放鬆。

When you want to choose mattress for yourself, the most important thing you should care will be “supporting, comfortable and durable”.
